So when I put my truck into reverse and drive I get a good amount shake I looked at my engine in reverse and it shakes a good amount. I would think that it’s engine mounts but it only has 90k miles but I’m not sure

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
Engine or even trans mounts should be checked as part of the process.

Pry bar from underneath the vehicle.

Get underneath it and look at the mounts while someone power-brakes it. The engine will jump in reverse or drive if a mount is bad
