Looks like it's going to be a good day to get something done, might try to install a new belt on the Scag which could end up being a PITB and having to get the neighbor over to help with the tensioners.

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well,, here's what I did yesterday. See right below the dent, my camera is on the latch. And it points down when lowered. So, I was trying to gauge with the shadows.....




I'm gonna do something today, but I don't know just what.

 

Paint less dent repair?

Going to the Apple store today. Bought a replacement IPad and cannot get it to connect to transfer data during setup... Tried the help line for an hour yesterday they scheduled a tech assist at the store... ugh

Cannot even get to the updates on the new IPad. Cannot get past initial setup. befuddled the phone/chat support person

 

They may need to wipe it out and start again. They can do it right there so bring both units..

Yup. Both are in my bag leaving in 15min.

 

Murphys law... got to the apple store and the two devices were able to sync. could not transfer directly from Ipad to Ipad as the old Ipad software was to out of date even though the software version was compatible to sync...

 

Afternoon all:

Got the belt on the Scag, backed it up on a set of car ramps for clearance and removed the old belt and then on with the new one, way easier than I thought it would be and didn't need the neighbor to help.
Soon it will be time to start mowing, looks like it's going to be an early start this year!

I came down with the dreaded stomach virus yesterday morning - spent the last 20 hours between the bed and the bathroom.

Good morning. Off to Voting Judges training today. Today was the only day date I could get. All the rest of the dates were at night, and I do not drive at night if I can avoid it. When I get home it will be time to start to prep the chicken for tomorrow's meal.

@Oldie2007 Try removing the tailgate panel and popping the dent out from the backside of the panel. A folded-up towel will cushion the blow to the metal and not leave a mark. Also, it is better to use a rounded piece of wood to hammer on instead of the towel. Use the towel between the wood and the tailgate. Wishing you success.
