I always have to look twice and then carefully to see if it’s full size or miniature.

Sorry bout the time lapse. Dad’s not doing too well. Vietnam vet, is in and out of the hospital and the VA You ant helping much. Sadly the badass who ran an M60 on a medic chopper and raised 14 kids is on his last legs so to speak. I don’t want empathy. Just responding a week late on my last couple posts.
I’m afraid I have quite a few rebar builds big and small they will take time to compile. I’ll see what I can do. Hence my username.
    Here’s a taste.
I built my a set of brush forks for my tractor some years back to cleanup some gnarly slash piles the developer left on my property

I cannot speak for @six5crèéd but I can tell you that my friends ask me the same question!
Easiest way to explain it is I have spent my whole life trying to be boring and drama free.
I get up early, work from 7:30 til 5 every day. Go home and eat dinner with my wife and spend a few hours with her (she is retired). I then go to my shop and work and hour or two on whatever I am building. During the week and on weekends i still have chores I have to do so I might not get to work on projects as much as I want. But, I still have about 10-15 hours a week to work on them.
    Here is my secret...
I spend five minutes, max, looking at the news every day.
I don't watch television much unless there is something really special I want to see.
I don't participate in any drama, family or friends. They know not to even bring up any gossip or conjecture.
    So my day is typically...
    Work 9 hours
Spend 2 hours with wife eating and talking
Spend 2 hours doing chores (farming in the summer) or working in the shop
That's 13 hours. I figure another two hours doing things like hygiene, playing with dog, driving to and from work, etc.
That leaves 9 hours to sleep, eat breakfast and goof off.
Weekends are where I can get a good 16 hours in the shop and still take my wife out to eat.

Every now and then I take a day off. I do nothing. Just relax. Take a nap. Go get ice cream. Look at the dust in sunbeams. Shoot a BB gun or Slingshot.
So, get rid of television and streaming, get rid of news (mostly) and get rid of family and friend drama and *boom* you have a lot of time to do things.
Today I had a day off...
    I cleaned the kitchen
I mowed and trimmed the acreage
I had my granddaughter for three hours
I went to dinner with my son in laws family.
I worked on my latest project for an hour.
I am now typing this at 10pm and will shortly go to bed.
This is how I do it.

I forgot you built miniature equipment. It looks full size and ready to be put to work.
    Good for Cole helping out.

I think the reason why I feel like I don’t have as much time to get things done. Is I work for myself and when my help goes home. I still have the paperwork end of the job to do.

I get up around 4am, do a devotion, get ready, feed the cats and seed for the outside birds, make sure I didn’t miss any equipment needed for the today on the truck, head out about 6:30am. Work all day and try to get do by 4pm. Restock chemicals, check tomorrow’s schedule, shower, eat, try to get some paperwork done, listen to whatever that days family crisis was, and try to get to the bed just to start all over again tomorrow.

I need to find a place that has a shop or room for a shop to disappear to. Then, just maybe I can work on projects little by little.
