Timeframe for getting extended warranty paperwork in mail?

I bought the platinum extended warranty online from Troy at Greenfield MA Toyota on March 19. I assume I will get stuff in the mail. How long does it usually take to get the stuff in the mail? Also can I look up my warranty account online? It does not show up on the My Toyota site. I did not find anything via Google.

 

I'm sure the dealer could give you the answer.

When I bought mine from Jerry, I had it in four days

 

I also wonder about it showing up on the Toyota website after purchase from Jerry. I have received 3 phone calls recently asking if I wanted to extend my warranty as the extended warranty was not listed on the Toyota website.

 

You can check with the dealer. Mine showed up on dealer system after about three weeks

 

Does it show up on the My Toyota webpage?

 

Mail isn't very fast or reliable these days, so factor that too.

give it another week then call them. they print your info into the warranty book so it takes sometime.
when you get it check all the your info they printed into the book, especially the VIN. once i got one and the VIN was someone else's. it was a bit of a goat rope to untangle that.
