Any recommendations for a good alignment shop in the east valley that is good with Taco's and lifts? Not doing anything crazy, just a standard Bilstein lift but I still need a good shop.

Generally I like local places but pep boys sold me lifetime alignment for $200 and since I plan on keeping this truck until they outlaw gas vehicles I plan on getting my money worth

If your keeping it basic I've abused the crap out of the Firestone lifetime warranty. I like the one on Gilbert and Guadalupe. I think the weekend guy is probably the best. But they won't put the #'s out of stock range to help fit bigger tires.
For the types of ailments where you need to push the #'s I like Jax or az toy pros.

Firestone may be the way to go. I am only doing a 1.7" lift up front and putting on Pizza cutters which should fit without mods. So maybe Firestone would be just fine.

AZ Toy Pros give great service. Saved me money on minor suspension work .
