Was at the local Toyota dealer and they had a 2022 TRD Off Road, short bed, automatic, with power seats and auto climate control, 31,000 miles…

I was laughing all the way out knowing I paid $34,500 for my ‘19, which hasn’t even cracked 20k.

I’m literally driving a bank account.

I traded my 21 in for the tundra it was a offroad with 16k miles on it. The truck still had the bilstein shocks and katzkin leather seats and an SPC UCA other than that it was nothing special. It was well maintained and cared for. It sold for 44995 no negotiations sight unseen 4 days after they listed it. I chatted with the salesman when I picked up my plates I was shocked. They had 12 brand new 23s in the lot.

It cost a lot of money to certify it as a “used vehicle”.
Just look at all you get for the price…….o_O

Seriously, it’s an add on that most people will never use.
But it will make the buyer feel better, and the dealership will make “more” money.
