Well they wont lol, just fun to watch a bunch of kids playing their hearts out. Cant wait for next year. Kadri, Reimer, Schenn, Aulie, Kessel, and Kulemin all so young and getting better. Even Phaneuf is still 26 and back to his old self

 

Agreed although I figured they were going check out mentally on a couple of games it was inevitable really, as long as they finish the last two off strong i'm happy.

Good for the Oilers for finally showing up for a game, and lucky for them the Canucks chose not to.

BTW I had a few laughs after listening to the oilers post game they talked as if they just won the cup.........

I like seeing the Oilers with some good games. Only one I didnt like is #1 of the year when they beat Calgary and made such a big deal about it. One win doesnt mean the world is theirs. Calgary was full of verteran players and IMO you dont make such a big deal about that and embarrass them.
Nice to see them pick Hall last year though, imagine if they didnt. Hall vs Seguin is almost non existant. Seguin is being ruined right now because Chiareill is trying to save face from the Kessel trade

 

If the Rangers lose they will be in trouble. Leafs can easily win their last 3 games giving them 90 pts, and the rags will have 3 games to get 4 pts. Leaf and canes would both win the tie breaker i think at 90 pts because they have less shootout wins

They are playing different line combos to find a unit to replace the Malhotra line before the playoffs

At this point in the season that is more important than the win.

 

We'll see....if we don't win the cup the season's a failure in my books.

But until then I'm pretty sure we're still # 1 and you are in last place of all the teams in the playoffs, that is IF you make it

Since it's all you talk about it so much I guess I should take the time to mention nobody In Vancouver gives two shits about the Rangers or the cup they bought 15+ years ago. Face the facts, while you and your other hidebound friends may still reminisce about the “good old days” the fact remains the Rangers have been garbage for over a decade.

But if living in the past makes you happy, all the power to you, I know if my teams future looked as dismal as yours I would probably be doing the same thing……
