67k for a Tacoma. What has this world come to. A trd sport nonetheless, can't wait for trd pros and trailhunters.

Not only that, Toy has stuck the cat converter half way up in the engine compartment (not under the truck) spreading it's good warmth all around.

Those Tacomas must be very well equipped for $52k after a $2,000 discount.

Sheldon was very big on the increased cooling capacity for the 4g. We should invite him for an AMA at TW. That would be something.

Either TRD premium package or lots of add ons

If you think the price of vehicles is bad now. Just wait until you have to work on them. You being, not you. Unless you want to pay for a subscription based gateway access to register a “module” that the manufactures seem to think every part needs.

I haven't driven the new Tacoma, but the seats in the new Tundra/Sequoia are like sitting on plywood. They're painfully uncomfortable to sit in.

If mid size truck is not one of your buying factors than that makes sense. I'm curious about the 7% on the Tacoma, I got a 5.9 dealer ad a month ago. Still a shit rate but I'd expect some lower rates by now.

I feel you, Im waiting for some reasonable special financing and I’ll jump. I don’t want a tundra but it’s hard right now to justify a taco over it, especially considering resale and all that down the line.

That's one of the reasons I didn't buy a Tundra after test driving one. GM truck seats are pretty bad too.

Need a laugh ? Speaking of "under the hood" Back in about 1995 My girlfriend had a Toyota Previa van I was going to be a good guy change oil and filters for her. So I grabbed my tools drove to her house lifted hood on van and could not find a motor I looked everywhere thinking she might be pulling a joke i started the van it cranked up I scratched my head looked under hood again still NO motor . I did not want to look as stupid as I felt so I said be right back going for parts. Drove to Toyota dealer went to service and asked where is the motor on a Previa ? He laughed and said look under passenger seat and there it was. I still laugh about it but I never did tell her or she would still be laughing. now you can laugh too

Most low rates are made up by selling at higher prices than could be sold for. Actually better as the 'interest' is collected in the price, so they get it even if granny kicks you a wad and you pay it off.

No one wants a 10% car loan on a $50k vehicle that only cost $40k two short years ago. All while most of your other expenses doubled in the last 3 years. Just a bad time for cars right now.
