I don't like when people fuck that up. I also don't like when they say their breaks locked up.

 

I mean, I didn't even graduate high school and manage to figure it out over my GenZ counterparts...

 

I graduated but I wasn't standing at the podium receiving awards.....

 

Nope, never got past the 10th grade. Got my GED at 17. Did work a shitty job for a long time, but got the opportunity to get into the industrial trade and went from there. No college debt.

On a serious note...

The longer I live (and mind you, I have some years on me), the less impressed I am by credentials.
The exception being technical skills.

 

That's the problem today. Kids were told when I was in school and now even more you HAD to go to college. Meanwhile the trades are hurting really bad. You can get a paid apprenticeship and be making almost 100K within 5 years. But still these college kids with worthless degrees still look down on trades people...

They were lied to and can't acknowledge the fact.
They bought hats two sizes too large and boots that are far too big for them.
Meanwhile, they're demanding that the taxpayers bail out their student debt.

 

But there's also a problem with manufacturing in our area. JLG and Grove are both paying shit wages. I mean, $17 an hour. Yea no. Even maintenance wages at that place are low 20's
