NooB 08' here

New to the board and to Tacoma ownership

Bought a 2008 D-cab TRD SR5 PreRunner about a month ago and am very happy w/ the truck !

Only thing I have done is Tinted front windows to match back and debadged

I had purchased a basic model. Manual Transmission 2WD. It has basic suspension on it which make the ride really soupy on rough roads. Doesent have a limited slip diff so when roads are slick from snow or rain and I'm accelerating from a stop I get bad wheel hop in the rear passenger wheel which shakes the whole truck. It's just not a fun truck for me to drive. I just wanna sell it so I can buy a Tacoma. I really love those trucks

 

i had one of those as well, lol they are a piece of shit

 

I test drove a Colorado right after I test drove the Tacoma. I couldn't get back to the Toyota dealership fast enough.

 

As soon as I sell it I'm plan to get the Double Cab TRD Sport &Tow package with long bed.....I'm thinkin Black....black is always sexy

 

Black is also very time consuming to keep clean. Wish you the best for sell your ride.

Black is great, but its hard to keep clean and shows every scratch.
