The web price on the Limited 4x4 is $69,905. Maybe your pricing the 2025?

 

Priced the 2025 RAM 1500 to compare against 2025 RAM Charger. 540hp/521tq vs 663hp/615tq but with extra weight of a full EV powertrain, so not a significant power gain. How many years of fuel savings to offset 5-6K price?

I'm just baffled why a $73,500 Laramie doesn't have adaptive cruise control on it! But $20,000 off for a 2024 with the Night package is tempting. Too bad rates suck

It's a full EV with a v6 generator. The v6 never directly powers the truck.

 

Ram's doing 0% right now I believe. Or at least I have seen it advertised a few places. I'm sure you have to use their financing etc.

 

It's usually an either or rebate. $20,000 off and standard rates, or 0% for 72 and the rebate drops and you end up paying about $6,000 more.

 

I haven't seen it announced but lets hope they take a lesson from Ford and GM and not to bring out another 100K truck that no one wants or can afford.

 

Apparently some people do. The Tacoma FB group some guy was posting goodbye saying he couldnt afford his $853 Tacoma payment anymore (was upside down and zero down on a 2023) and some guys said his TRX payment was $1100 and seemed proud of that.

No doubt....my retarded brother in law that has more money that sense was telling me what a great deal he got on a RAM last year....sticker was like $102k and he got it for $92k and was happy. 3 months later and he could have gotten it for $82k and when I sent him the example of it his response was oh well...my bonus paid for the truck anyways.

 

Exactly, not a typical EV. More complicated with two full-size "power trains", so heavy. All the RAM Chargers will roll on 2500 suspension.

 

Even if true, Toyota needs to find a fix for that engine. Heard too many of them grenading.
