And the Lariat is about a grand less than the premium sport. About 2 grand less that the Limted and OR.

No...don't think you did. I hate the front end of the Ranger...don't care for shifter in the Lariat, not sure about their color choices, and no sun roof option. Oh, and no swamp ass mitigation system either. For those reasons alone I have ruled out a Ranger however I think they prices them well to go after the Tacoma and Canyon sales. I did however tell my wife I wanted to test drive a Ranger and she asked me why since I was already getting a blue Tacoma. I find that strange since blue is my 3rd option.

It's funny how little things can turn you off of a brand or model. I don't like the Ranger gas and brake pedal.

Yeah, it should look like the Tacoma's for sure. That just looks cheap. And thanks for adding a photo that shows both gear shifters. I get why they use that one since the highend rangers have that self parking crap.

I dunno. 20 vs 21 combined per EPA and real-world seems virtually identical, so the hit in range is going to be ~50 miles per tank. Thats pretty sucky. Hybrid MPG should come out soon. Probably not much gain.

If someone was going to make a bad photoshop of an April Fools joke, they shoulda went extra crazy and said the 4Gs are gonna get the Lexus 5.0 V8. Imagine a screaming v8 Taco redlining at 7200 RPM.

Grainger is better than X plan. I think on F 150 and Ranger they’re doing 4% under invoice. X plan usually is right around invoicee less rebates.

I think the X-Plan lets you buy vehicles that have already been built while Grainger requires you to order an "over-allocation" future build (usually >6 months).

+ bedliner and you have what I am wanting to see. Also waiting to see how much the 2.7TTV6 costs. The payload and towing capability advantages over the Taco, along with certain other small things make it a truck worth considering for me.

As someone who had those sport pedals on his FJ, I won't not be fooled by the better looking pedals. The rubber on them is like cutting board material and very slippery when wet. Maybe not a huge deal on an AT truck, but on my MT FJ it was a pain in the ass.

    They do look good though.

On the Bronco, upgrading from the 2.3 to the 2.7 is $2,145. That's likely less than the 3K the iForce Max will cost, but the Max also gets you beefier axles, brakes, 2400w inverter, etc and better gas mileage.

Hybrid payload is 1,709 vs Ranger's 1,711 (Raptor is only1,465) and if towing 6,500 isn't enough and you need 7,500, I would get a bigger truck.

But like you said, the small things can easily sway you. Is the Ranger Tremor supposed to be a late 2024 or a 2025 model?

    This is the way.

I use it for gun storage/transportation to the range and back or to the field to hunt. I have no use for a rear seat.

If you go to the lots. Most of the vehicles sitting are the lower trims. Yet they are priced outrageous.

Heck the TRDOR I test drove the other day. Was $47,889 and didn’t even have power seats or anything. Just a 4x4 with a rear locker and cruise control with some predator steps. $47k.

That is going to be a tough sell.

The Tundras are kitted out a little better as most of them here are the hybrid limiteds. But even still…

I think people are just buying the premiums, Pros and stuff. I mean if you are going to be spending close to 50k anyway. You might as well just go for broke and get a premium package.

Sounds like it's about $6k too much.

I know people on here say the pricing is too much - which I do agree. But we'll all be proven right if these trucks sit and need to be moved with discounts.

They're going to sit. And eventually be disco'd. It's painfully obvious.

It's not only happening in automotive. Contractors, who 2 years ago had full voice mail boxes, are now not only calling back in less than a day but are working on quotes almost immediately. It's happening (TM).
