2020 stock TRD OR DC, 5’ bed, 18 k miles. I carry very little in the back. On occasion, one road in particular, have to drive over a rut in the road and bottom out the rear very hard, at approx 25 mph. Suspension components are all in good condition. Would new shocks, sprints, bum stops, etc prevent or at least soften the blow. Appreciate any thoughts. Thx

I have some ome mediums for sale....

What are you counting as very little for weight? I found my stock leafs flattened out and bottomed easily with just a topper on 160-200lbs.

My bed is typically empty when I experience this. What are OME mediums?

It's a full replacement leaf pack with higher load rating with a lift.
If your bed is empty and your experiencing this still I would go over your leaf pack really well make sure nothing looks shifted or cracked. As this doesn't sound right and your at crazy low mileage to see shock related issue.

Bump stops and shocks will help, but as @Veet-88 mentioned the OE leaf pack is very weak/soft, so in my mind that’s the real fix. A topper had mine bottoming out on highway expansion joints,,, not safe.

Mine used to bottom out when I had 4 adults in the truck and anything at all in the bed. Current setup is icon leafs (set to stage 1), archive garage u bolt flip kit/bumpstops, bilstein 5160's - now it rides as it should.

The rear end is pretty soft in the back of these trucks and bottoms out very easily. Especially on Canadian roads.

The two things that have made it bearable for me is RoadMaster Active Suspension on the 2mm settings and durobumps, bump stops in the rear. It still will bottom out occasionally but it's far better now.
