Installed a Cali Raised Center Console Molle Panel. Of course, even though I measured 10 times, I still managed to not match sides. Also, my Crucial IWB holster doesn't fit the holster slot. Any holster recs for a Hellcat OSP?

 

I may have rolled by you. I had an Appt in Newport this morning drove up and down the Hwy. It was a beautiful day. Then i rolled up Beach and to the Toyota Dealership.. Handed the Service Director the bolts from my skid plate from my 21 4Runner that some tech stripped while doing an oil change. He also over tightened the oil filter housing, I had to break it to get it off. So much for Toyota Care Maintenance???? He didnt seem that interested and just said they would talk to him. I left. Point for doing your own oil changes.

It’s highly possible our paths might of crossed. Oh man that’s a bummer I’d be a little upset to brother . I actually had my truck serviced there a month ago and fortunately my TRD skid plate survived the oil change and had a good experience. But I know things can happen sorry to hear about your situation. Sadly it’s hit or miss at some dealers and I had a bad experience with my new BMW M240i at Kuni BMW in Beaverton Oregon that I purchased from them when I brought it in for the first oil change . The service tech took it for a 4 mile joy ride and actually disconnected my dash cam and forgot to plug it back in. When I picked up My car it smelled like rubber and like it just left the race track . To say the least I was pretty pissed off when I climbed in my BMW with only 4000 miles and saw the cables unplugged from my cam with the extra miles and smelling like it just got off the track.To add insult to injury when I was in the waiting room on the red lol carpet the service tech sent me a video with it on the lift giving it a walk around saying on immaculate it was and everything was in perfect condition and I thought wow how professional until I picked up my car

 

I understand, I started at a Toyota Dealership when I was 16 but I'm worried about this places quality control (I'm way north of that number now LOL). They also overtightened the oil filter housing on my wife's 2019 Highlander. Thats two cars. i have a 23 Tacoma that is going in for it's 5K mile check and an oil change. I'm going to try Westminster Toyota. Tacomas are easer than the 4Runner. You have to drop the heavyish skid plate (Its awkward even on a lift) on the 4Runner and I know what they did. They were sloppy and didn't hand start the bolts but just used an air gun to slap them in. It holds but strips the threads and will eventually rattle loose or pop out if it gets hit. The Service Director didn't seem really interested and i didn't want anything. I'm worried if something critical happens this guy wont be of help, so just be careful and double check their work. Ill let you know how the new place is.

On another note, there was an old-time parts guy that retired earlier this year that really knew his stuff. When some rat chewed through my cam position sensor wire he found the individual part numbers to rebuild the connector. They sell the aftermarket part on Amazon but I wanted a factory one. He was a good guy and knew his stuff.

No, none. Colorado isn't known for rusting out cars.

 

Just picked one up. New owner of a 2019 TRD Pro. Looking forward to getting to tinker on it a bit, and excited to learn a bunch from this community.

 

This is good to know and I appreciate the insight. One good thing is with my TRD skid plate it doesn’t have to be removed there is a removable small plate that gives you access.
Anyway again sorry about your problems there.
