    'looked at' a house for sale on Peaks when I was there in February. Total little dump, nowhere to park, let alone store/work on a vehicle, 4, or even 2 wheeled. nearly 400K. Wonder what the zoning laws are like there. Smart money would tear it down and build some type of box over a garage with a rooftop deck. That would make it worthwhile.

    Enjoy the day. You guys live in paradise, IMHO, even in this weather.
