    yup the wave or head nod as we pass is for people/neighbors you like. My closest neighbor & I wave from our tractors & visit each other to sit on the porches pretty often.

    with everybody else i practice the state farm approach: like a good neighbor....... Stay over there. lmao

    As to the rest of the neighbors? Idgaf what they do...... as long as they leave me alone & stay out of my property.

    Morning all

    Retirement was great for a month.

    Then the kid quit his job and my wife got laid-off.

    As far as the house, we decided not to spend the ton of money on the kitchen, so we are trying to downgrade the new kitchen to a more reasonable amount. Front yard and backyard are a mess and the house is cluttered because my wife had to pack up her office and bring it home.

    So, short answer...we are fine.
