Mine came with the lift and the big honkin tires and the rims.
I did the seat covers and replaced the grille with a knockoff TRD pro grille.

I counted them all cause the truck is mine

edit: i also removed the rear seats cause access cab rear seats aren't real anyways; i built a platform instead so there is a flat deck back there

i'm about to install the short shifter too
