Well her hand healed good luckily, her career is a sign language interpreter lol.

 

Well I have properly shaked down my 4x4 conversion at least, full flex crawling, and last weekend up to 90mph through the backside of Julian lol

 

Anyone have any upcoming day runs or overnight trips? Weathers clearing up, time to start getting out

 

My SoCal Toyotas group and I will get some stuff planned soon. Currently waiting for me to get some weird issues with my truck fixed first though

 

I'm thinking of a cool Julian to anza trip through oriflamme canyon into a trail to the mud caves

You can make it a day trip no problem or camp at or around the mud caves too

 

but what are you planning on doing?

 

I'm not locked into anything still planning, but If I'm going out like that I'll probably at least camp out a day or so

 

alright cool. If I do get my shit together by then I 'd need to do a 2 nighter with how far away that is for me

You got it right now putting in the new radiator and adding a trans cooler .
I haven't done those trails yet( new 4x4), so I have a lot of new exploring and testing to do. The trails don't seem too tough and still have fun

 

Yea there not to bad. Just don’t want to go when it warms up. Can get pretty toasty. Julian was where I first tested my front locker. There’s a fun trail that has a nice off shoot

I’ve yet to do a shake down run since making some changes to the truck, have another friend who just through a LT kit,35’s etc who wants to do a shakedown as well.

 

Nice I just did mine with Kyle here and a few others last month at jtree. Definitely shook it down lol. With my truck in the air I'm seeing little things where my tire is hitting my inner fender wall barely so some massaging is there to do.

Trans cooler and mishimoto radiator are going well though lol

 

Looks good! A little massaging to those inner fenders and you’ll be good to go. Or self clearance lol.
