    That is a $421 fine in California. Even if your tire is only touching the line from the Handicapped spot it's the same fine.

    Einstein here. I don't know if they had a Disabled placcard, but obviously not the license plates. This past Saturday at my local Kroger. I tried to take the picture as stealthily as I could, so you can't really see, but the front end of the minivan is entirely in the Handicapped parking spot, just enough to prevent anyone from actually parking in that spot.
