Which wheels are these going on? 1 of these styles supposedly worked for the t4r trail wheels but “discontinued/indefinite back order”

The tacomas seem to have a bit of a nanny aspect in several areas.

i have the TRD lift from Toyota, 2" in front and 1" (block) in rear. i was a bit hesitant and heard good and bad (its pricey for what it is), but am very happy with it. mine are the 275s. they poke out from the fenders just a slight bit, and i would definitely have rubbing issues with 285s. the at4s are heavy too, so 285 even more rubber

It's probably just some smoked tint. That's what I did 4 years ago when I first bought my truck.....it was my first modification. Not one issue with TSS this far and I use it daily. Here's the best photo I have at the moment.. you can see most of it.

Upon closer inspection.... I guess I'm also interested in what he's got going on there... Maybe it's just a vinyl sombrero overlay?

Spent a few minutes doing the AC drain relo last night, considering it's the first time since I got the truck in October that I'll be using the AC. My former Mazda6 had a full blown subframe replacement (under recall somehow) due to the AC drain just puking all over and I don't want this truck to suffer the same fate. There are no pics because the DIY has all the pics you could want. Only difference is I used a hose barb to just put into the drain itself and worm clamped it, then ran more 3/8 hose down the spot specified.

Love this thread. Most of the mods I won’t do but like looking at what others are doing. All I have done so far is install an OEM bed step, Weathertech mats, Modesta coating on the exterior, just ordered AJT radio knobs, drilled larger drain holes in the bed, installed an AC drain hose, bought Motovix filter housing drain hose.

Was gonna change my oil this morning but I still think there are eclipse zombies roaming about and I’m a scardy cat.
