Want not a need

I have the chance to purchase a Bare metal SSO Slimline Winch bumper with 30 Inch light bar for $800.00. Feedback and Opinions welcome.

What light bar? Some light bars are almost $1000 on their own, while some are $20 garbage.

Do you plan to paint or have it powder coated? Most powder coating shops have a bare minimum $250 price, so factor in at least $250 for that.

Honestly, $800 seems kind of high, when you can order a brand new one, powder coated, for a few hundred more.

If its a Baja Designs 30" light bar that is a pretty good deal. Is the light bar opening scalloped?

 

I think we both know it's not a BD light...

I found the ad... it lacks all the information OP lacked in his post...

Also, the image shows a 20" light bar, but of course, it's just an ad photo and not the actual product. It's amazing how lazy online ads have gotten.

 

I bought a new 2nd hand SSO powder coated bumper 2+ years ago that has the 30" BD specific cutout. It is sitting in my garage, until I get the courage and time.. I bought the appropriate BD lightbar to complete the project.
