Borrowed some ramps from a friend for unrelated maintenance and found something I hadn't seen before.

The real rusty part in the middle is kind of concerning, but it passed the hammer and screwdriver test. My real concern is that bolt in the middle of the image that looks skewed to the right and darn near halfway out the socket.
I'd like any information on this bolt or entire rusted part.

I don’t know what that part is, I have a 2.7 regular cab so the underside of my truck looks different. Just dropping in to say it looks like you still have time to save that truck from rust. Por-15 and fluid film, stat!

Is this a concern at all with me being in Florida? I live near the coast, but still nothing compared to the torturous salt roads of north. I'd be happy to take precautions and make this last another generation, but I've seen mixed reviews of Por-15 in these forums.

    Yes, that was my concern.
I considered using a big red circle, but I figured my description would suffice.

I believe it is behind. But I don’t have that setup. Maybe @Speedytech7 or @eon_blue remembers what the rear mount on an r150f consists of

Found this thread which appears to be pretty much be the same issue.
Reading his description of noises, this may explain the slight thud sound I hear when I shift into second.
I'll be looking for part numbers for the cover and bolt, and likely order some beefy 3rd-party trans mount since those seem popular/reliable.

After MUCH searching, I believe the part number for the bracket is 51431-35180.
I figure I'd put this here for the sake of the future. The pictures online aren't very convincing, but everything else lines up.
    transmission @8:14
Found this video of my trim (VZN150), and it appears to have the same distance for the bolt, (he doesn't show the whole repair :(). This leads me to think either:
    1. There's a reason the guy in the video is repairing it.
    2. This gap is normal and isn't cause for concern.
