Simple yet delicious breakfast.. ( worked a early/night shift) sautéed onions and Serrano peppers with added all natural beef sausage, egg and avocado toast.. I’ll feel the serranos later on in the day..

 

Mexican attempting to make a meatloaf say que?

 

Please tell me that's a bucket load of cumin.

 

No, it’s the packet of seasoning I threw in lol

 

I love me some cumin.

 

It would have helped with the indigestion and gas we are about to pass with this meat loaf lol

 

It looks great but I was hoping for a little Mole on top. A little American comfort food with the Mexican flair!

 

I posted my homemade Taco seasoning recipe on SMF and took so much shit for the amount of cumin... haha

 

Cumin and garlic at the things that when I'm making something and it says how much to put in, more is always better!

 

Gotta chime in with Bacon…No such thing as too much Bacon.

 

No such thing as too much cheese either!

While I agree with this in theory, in reality being able to use the bathroom consistently may disagree. I've personally not got to that point yet though

 

you know to be completely honest I’d never heard of it lol until now! It’s meatloaf with a Mexican twist to it with added chiles! Will definitely try it

 

Its good on mac and cheese

 

try this sometime. Id use 2lbs burger. Make 1/4 lb mini loves

First time trying this method. Spatchcock by removing the spine then flattening before cooking. Chicken was about 5lbs. Seasoned the night before. Put into cold oven set temperature to 450F. After it came to temp let cook for 20 min. Then cut temp to 400F. It was literally was done in 1 hour after it came to temp. Moist, juicy, full flavor and delicious. Will do again.
