    Simple yet delicious breakfast.. ( worked a early/night shift) sautéed onions and Serrano peppers with added all natural beef sausage, egg and avocado toast.. I’ll feel the serranos later on in the day.. :bananadead:

    you know to be completely honest I’d never heard of it lol until now! It’s meatloaf with a Mexican twist to it with added chiles! Will definitely try it

    First time trying this method. Spatchcock by removing the spine then flattening before cooking. Chicken was about 5lbs. Seasoned the night before. Put into cold oven set temperature to 450F. After it came to temp let cook for 20 min. Then cut temp to 400F. It was literally was done in 1 hour after it came to temp. Moist, juicy, full flavor and delicious. Will do again.
