Good morning everybody, have a great Wednesday.

Weather is going to be nasty down here after lunch. Severe thunderstorms, high winds- 80 mph gusts possible, flood warnings, small craft advisories and a gale warning. Let the springtime fun begin.

Hang on to your hat Blevin! We were heading that way Saturday but we had to let someone else do that run. Just too many things happening here.

This getting older stuff is not for the weak. I spent nearly all day Monday at the emergency room waiting on a bed for my mom. We got her a on the spur of the moment appointment with her eye doctor she has been having eye problems. He had a look ran some tests and sent us to the er she possibly had a mild stroke over the weekend and is nearly blind now. We are not sure yet they did some more testing yesterday maybe they can tell me more today. I asked the eye dr if it was a permanent condition and he didn’t seem optimistic.

I had swelling at the top of my socks. Heart doctor said just poor circulation and get some compression socks. LOL. He basically told me to get over it at 67 years old. LMAO. Hope your interaction is better.

At my surveying firm some years ago I told the boss the other draftsman were milking the drawings, sometimes days not hours. He decided to do a test for all of us after work one evening. Same drawing, same surveyor notes. The last thing we do is put in the required notes and we're done. I started typing my notes at about the hour mark and got up and walked out. The other draftsman were panicked. I went down the street and ate dinner, came back and they were still at it. Boss told me to go home and thanks for the reality check.
Sometimes you just have to say something. I closed this boundary within .25" from the notes and finished the drawing in one hour twelve minutes.
