Customer brought the other two by, they aren’t as bad and he wants plastic bushings put in these. I’ll give these a month and they’ll be back for bronze.

Thank you. This year has been the worst with parents complaining about their kids coach or someone else in the team. We just say well I didn’t see your name listed as a volunteer coach so if you would like to be I’ll get you signed up. Usually quiets them down and they move along. We are in a fairly small town of about 7500 so we know the majority of people and it’s usually the same few that volunteer to coach. We have 15 teams or 10-12 ranging from kindergarten age up to 8th grade.

I will try out the template this week and see if it helps.

I really enjoy seeing these kids happy and enjoying being outside. I average about 15-20 hours a week or more working in the fields and keeping the place cleaned up. Do it out of joy for our younger generation as that is what my parents did for my generation.

Should have tried the list last night.
Got home from coaching around 8:15, ate dinner and put the kids to bed. Talked with the wife for about a half hour then went to bed. Tossed and turned until about 12:30 and woke up around 4 and dozed off a couple of times before getting up at 6. Will be trying the list idea very soon.
