I would start with putting that receiver and the bike on it. If you get to much flex in it, then I would proceed with trying to strengthen the bumper. I don't think you're going to need the extra support.

The driver can't see the bikes on the rack during vehicle operation.

Got the brackets a couple of days ago from @Kwikvette. Everything seems to fit pretty damn good. Need to get some new hardware, but am super happy overall. Appreciate it Nelson!

Thanks to you. Still need to get some new hardware and wire them up. I just bought a house with detached shop and a lift. Moving in at the end of the month. Gonna wait to do the full install/wiring until after I move in and get the shop situated. Really appreciate the help though, turned out great!

You should be able to apply enough physical force to the bike rack sitting in your driveway to determine if it is going to be safe for traveling.

I just stuck a piece of 2” boxed tube in it and stepped on it. Without the clamp on receiver clamped down tight, nothing moved. I’m probably 165lb, so I think a bike rack and 2 bikes I may be good to go.

Repair of a repair on my brother's cat lol. Had s pretty decent size hole right in front of the o2 sensor. Hoping this helps his catalyst monitor read correctly. Looks like someone tried to weld it up before and left a hole in it. I ground down the old weld to make sure there were no other holes and and welded back over it. Filled the hole and confirmed there were no more holes.

I can be the only one who has used welding for simple household projects.

The 1/8" edging is probably 20 years old. I found the gap in the 90 corner annoying to look at so I connected it.

    Of course

    No solicitor sign up front

Rear "guards" to prevent ground squirrels from getting into the yard

Plaque holder up front as well

    And whatever else I'm forgetting

Take 2 old things of scrap and make 1 useful piece of scrap lol. Had an old A frame laying around and a bunch of old tin. Needed a metal rack to keep stuff organized and half ass out of the weather and wallah

gonna add more rain protection and shelving later on but not bad for a 2 hour free project lol

I bought an unwelded bumper. It'll be 1 months in a couple days and they still haven't shipped it. What are your thoughts?

    Big shop?

Some places have 2-4 months turn around

I waited for moooooooooonths for mine

    Small gig?

I'd expect a smaller turn around (based on small production)

Maybe orders before yours are being fulfulled, including the welding part so they haven't cut yours out yet
