I am just a noob to the forum. I hope it will be released in the fall. That would be sweet. But even if they do release it in say September or October I don’t think they will be readily available for 6-8 months after that. I mean the Taco has been out for a couple months now and unless you get on a list. You are not going to buy anything with premium options off the lot. Mostly SR’s SR5’s and base offroads on the lots.

I bet in a few weeks when the Pro and TH are cut loose it’s going to be a rat race trying to get one of those too. Even with the higher prices. Those loaded pickups are pretty much sold before they hit the lots.

The 4 runner is going to be the same way I would think. People have been waiting a long time for the new 4 runner. The secretary’s here at work are hyped up about it. Ready to trade in thier 5th gen’s for the new one.

Toyota is going to sell a fuck ton of these new 4 runners.

 

Same people released press statements that said the Off road would have a #1700 payload. Scepticism is warranted at this point IMO.

Well I am back on team Tacoma after getting rid of my 18 Pro a few months ago for a Lexus NX300 I am just not 100% happy with it and just bought a 2024 offroad base white manual. I will post pics in a few weeks. I go pick it up April 27th.

 

I was in Summerside today..drove by the dealer and they had a Solar Octane and an Underground..not sure of trim. Are you buying out of province?

I dropped into the hfx dealer awhile back and drove their demo. The sales guy said it would be a 6-8 month wait for a taco.

 

We are new car shopping and were holding out to see the new Taco and 4Runner before making a decision. The hybrid engine mpg and Toyota durability are inviting, but the new designs look like wildly skewed Hot Wheels cars. Maybe I'm just getting old-fashioned. Honestly, I like the outgoing Ranger and current Explorer designs more. However, I do not trust Explorer drivetrains like I do Toyota. My wife may opt for a Highlander hybrid, and I will look at options outside of Toyota for my next truck.

 

The clear choice is new Land Cruiser or GX550

I’ll like to add not to pay a dime over MSRP with these interest rates.

 

I had four RR orders place within the last 2 weeks at MSRP. I received build dates today on two of them, both June 3rd.

Pretty excited to say the least considering the mark-ups all the dealers wanted that I called.

 

So you gonna hook one of us up with one of your allocations!

 

I intend to, I'm only buying one so yes. Kind of want to pay it forward, this world needs more humanity for Pete sake.

 

Funny that Tacos are already being discounted. Supposedly.

 

Are your orders all in your state? I have no relationship with local dealers because all their pricing sucks. Regardless of manufacturer.
