    How do u remove the interior rear panel on a 1998 Tacoma extra cab to repair the seat belt

    Here's how to get it out (there's a lot that needs to be removed in order to remove that panel, unfortunately), though I never actually removed the seat belt to fully remove the panel. Removing the belt is pretty self-evident once the panel is out though, so this ought to get you there:
