I'm more of a reader than a poster, but I've noticed lots of people looking for help/advice with alignments and/or tire clearance issues but most are not providing their lift specs and tire specs.

So for those with a setup like mine, here are the specs I have and have zero rubbing issues and no tire wear. Hope this helps some of you.

2017 TRD OR Icon lift with front set at 2 1/2" and tubular UCA. Icon RXT set at stage 2.
XD 16x8 0 offset wheels and Cooper ST MAXX 255/85r16.

I would take it back and have them put in some positive toe. You will get feathering over time. Other than that, it looks good. Caster is out of spec, but I like a little higher caster and with your UCA, you probably can't get it much lower.

Caster is only out of OEM spec. However, for fitting larger tires it is better to increase the caster to the point where it has to exceeds the maximum allowable OEM range. To fit oversized tires anything in the 3-4deg range is considered necessary to keep the tires away from the cab mount.

I run the same Icon UCA and i too find that 3.5deg Caster is pretty much the max you can run before you start getting positive camber. Like OP I had the alignment tech set my caster to 3.6deg which yields 0.3deg camber. To get 0deg camber my caster would have been around 3.2-3.3deg so my trade off was to get a little more caster for now.

Ive seen others with different UCA able to achieve better caster to camber readings. If I were to do it again I will get the adjustable SPC UCA. ive seen folks with those get 4deg of caster with 0deg camber.

It is when the front edge of the tread blocks lift. It is the precursor to this -

That is when toe is excessively positive or toe in. You want your toe to be slightly positive when measured at rest. The reason being is that when pushed from behind with a rear wheel drive, your wheels will open up. The opposite is true for a front wheel drive. You want a little toe out because they pull together.

I may develop some feathering over time, but I currently have just over 26k miles on this setup and tires show no sign of abnormal wear. I rotate every 3k.
The reason for my post was to help others out who may have a similar setup and struggling to get an alignment their happy with.

I’m no expert, but I have read and it makes intuitive sense that 0 toe can cause instability where the wheels shimmy left to right. It might not be noticeable with a brand new suspension, but as things wear and gain more play it could become an issue.

I’ve noticed people on the forum recommending 0 camber and 0 toe with dubious reasoning.

I always shoot for 0° toe. Never once have I experienced feathering or handling problems (shimmy, etc) just because of a zero toe setting (handling problems would indicate something loose or something with the suspension's geometry being too far out of whack). 0° toe is very much within the recommended range.
Aggressive driving (specifically hard cornering & braking) over time can also cause feathering regardless of the toe setting.

The numbers shown in the OP look very good to me.

I'm not really sure how you are helping anyone when your alignment is less than perfect.
