Putting a feeler out there to see if anyone's interested in purchasing a used Leer 700 tonneau in white for the standard (6-foot) bed. I'm in the Northern Calif area. I'd be looking to get maybe around $600 or so (negotiable for sure). I can post up pics if anyone's interested.

    Obviously, it's for a 2nd Gen Tacoma. There's a pic below in post #5.

Shoot, didn't go over those first. Guess I was supposed to put a pic in the first post, so there's one below now.

I bought the tonneau in Aug 2005 for about $1,100.

It's got one tiny chip in it that I just noticed this last summer (I live in the mountains under some very tall trees and I'm guessing one of the ice chunks fell and chipped it...and believe me those can do some damage as it dented in the roof of a friend's minivan in our driveway this winter).

Anyway, the shocks that lift it need assistance when opening it in the winter when it's cold out. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition.

I'm looking for a lighter tonneau since it take it off so many times each year, so I'm trying to sell this one to get an Undercover. I do like the quality of the Leer and the fact that you can store things inside it that are taller than the bed height due to the fact that it sits higher in the center. I can remove it myself using a couple of 2x4s in about 15 minutes. See this link if you're interested in that:

So let me know if any of you are still interested.

That you are. I grew up in Auburn and Lake of the Pines, and most of my family still lives in Auburn. Let me know if you still want to see it in person.
