What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Finally got around to installing Cargo Net Hardware on the Snug Topper. The goal was to mount the Cargo Net closer to the tailgate to avoid having to drop the tailgate to load & unload.

Started by purchasing Lexus RX330 Cargo Net hardware kit (PT347-48040-HW). Drilled a couple 7/32" holes into the tabs of the topper that are in front of the tailgate. Pushed the bolts thru and twisted on the cargo net holders. Simple mod completed.

I'm not even sure what you are asking. I've driven in super nasty rain and nothing got clogged or gave me warnings?

 

Used my threaded rivet kit to install a thread behind my head unit so I could screw a ram ball mount into because I didn't want a lot of accessories visible or hanging around the center console.

 

Another mod in my opinion that should be stock, cup holders that fit the large Yeti (or whatever) bottles.

 

But if all the mods were stock what would we spend our money on and do in our spare time?

Yes, I do like my Taco more than her, hell I like my 79 Chevy stepside more than her.

 

Can you drink that much water during a drive? Just maneuvering that lid would be a task!

I also purchased the VLEDS interior lights as the stock ones are very dim.

 

Yup, often am driving for 5+ hours.

 

I'm intrigued by the yellow tape dividing the garage in half. I've done that too.
