This was how I was raised and I hope to do the same when/if I have kids of my own. Wise words.

But watch out for those scary moving pictures ;)

Haha well I think we both have mutual respect so it’s fun to joke with with other.
You’re right though the current young generation most don’t appear to have the knowledge of automobiles we did as kids they are more interested in other things.

Critical thinking is a subject everyone should look into. You’re there already, good for you.

i agree with the current discussion denigrating slackers but that is what any older generation says of following generations. grad schools are not full of slackers and quite a few advancements are being made today in all sorts of fields.
all is not lost. (though the 2024 election could be quite a set back)

    edit:
separated from a previous post - did not mean to target anyone, though i don't think i really did. she disagreed.
lol satisfying her request to "remove the negativity and sober up"

you sir are correct, there was a guy on here raving about a tacoma "trout" saying he read an article, and that its coming to compete with the ford maverick. I quickly shot him/her down. And he was very adamant that it was coming.I said if it does come it will be in south america or other countries besides north america. I was right. If you think about it logically, why would they want to compete in the sub compact crossover segment? Toyota wins in all segments anyways except arguably the E.V market. To me logically the trout wouldnt make sense. Why would toyota compete with themselves, of course they wouldnt they will keep making newer versions of the current models. There isnt a need to bring in a new model.

I also want to reinforce Hipsi sediment , think for yourself.Dont let others think for you. But i still think youtube is a great tool to help gather educational and entertaining resources.
