Apple Carplay?

For those who have an OEM Stereo, how did you make it to work with Apple Carplay while keeping all the other functionality the same (Steering Wheel Controls and etc.). I have seen some products online but I am not sure which one is the best where the functionality is kept the same + Apple Carplay.

Thanks, I've also seen that on Amazon during one of my search and that device is actually on my saved items. It is kind of pricey that's why I kept looking but I am still keeping that item in consideration.

I thought some didn't like the Amazon thing because it had the bad graphics and was slow? I assume you have an Entune 2.0

 

Not sure about the version I have. 2018 with factory head unit and JBL upgrade. Works really fast and solid graphics give the Taco screen.

 

Once you have carplay working it will seem like a deal at twice the price. So nice to be able to just run everything through the phone.
