I replaced my front suspension with the Bilstein 6112s. I torqued the bolts with the tires off. Now that the truck is on the ground, do I need to lift it, remove the tires, loosen the bolts, replace tires lower the truck, and retorque them? Or can I just loosen the bolts while it's on the ground and retorque them?

It’s fine, ideally you would do all with the jack stands on the lower arms but you’ll be good. And the lower eccentrics will be adjusted during alignment anyway.

Thanks guys for the replies . I'm about to throw back on tires and head to alignment shop. I did circlip 9/7 for front 6112 and option 1 for the Icon RXT leaf. All stock.

I like to put the wheels/tires back on, put on ramps to give yourself a little room, loosen and re-torque. I would say mark your alignment cams but it's not currently aligned so I wouldn't worry about losing position.

Bushings should be torqued at ride height and before alignment. It may be reachable on the ground with tires on.
Torquing raised will prematurely wear the bushing.

or if the tire is off you can jack up at the control arm.

probably just the final tighten of your UCA, LCA if it was taken out. Which looks like it was pic makes it look brand new.
    And bottom shock eye bolt.
