And my Craftsman electric pressure washer I think shit the bed
It’s only a couple years old but it ran fine doing the patio then when I swapped out tips it wouldn’t run. It has power to it but it’s not doing shit. I didn’t want to take it apart so I Frankenstein’d the hose and wand to my old HF weakling to finish the job
All the while my Simpson sits in the garage and can’t be bothered

 

Yes. As mentioned this has happened to me previously. The insurance company is also looking for a record of general condition and the can compare notes if there was an insurance claim.

I'd like a roof over my patio but logistically it's a nightmare. Eight foot tall patio door at the top of a 4' step so the posts would have to be a minimum of 16' tall and one of them would go in front of the living room window. We could do a ledger board instead but even then, to have even a little bit of a slope to the roof, the opposite end would still have to be in the neighborhood of 10-11' and my 8' vertical deck wall already looks like a fortress.

 

I'm confused on how you're framing all of this up. Something's not making sense in my head. More than usual, anyway.
