ECM, TCM, and engine harness fuse box mounted in the glove box. Really wanted all this stuff in the factory computer location but there’s just not enough room for everything. Oh well

If I had it to do over I would have asked for the wiring to the GM computer to be long enough to place it under the passenger seat. That way I would have been able to make a real cold air intake.
Also the shop has to pull the engine completely out to pull the oil pan. After hearing the lifters ratting I told them I don’t want to lose the engine because of low oil pressure or not enough oil capacity! Purchased a hand welded 7 quart pan (extra quart and a half of oil) plus it has baffles.
Back in the day I had a built 78 280Z, it had a 9 quart pan with baffles.

New fuel regulator, filter, and lines front to back installed. Modified the battery box hold down to fit over the Interstate battery as the box is designed for an Odyssey. I also began building the air filter box with some 1/8" aluminum that was laying around. I am going to do a lexan top with my business logo lasered into it....

Got the universal charcoal filter mounted. So car, no fumes coming from that that I can tell. I accidentally ordered rubber lined fuel hoses instead of the PTFE lined ones again so I think I am getting some fuel smells from those lines (garage smells like gas when truck is in it overnight now). I'll just leave it outside for now until I can narrow that down

Kind of the same reason I want cats in my exhaust system! No watering eyes plus our casa is a weird floor plan. It’s a two bedroom double master suite with the door from the garage enters directly into the kitchen. Gas & exhaust fumes directly into the kitchen and I would be a single old man!!
But when I get into an argument with my wife I always get in the last word, Yes ma’am‼️

God I hate you!!

Just an FYI guys they say aluminum is one of the hardest metals to weld.
Just out of high school I worked for a small aircraft component manufacturer that made air filters for small aircraft. The owner of the company after a few months working there asked if I like to try welding? Sure Mr. Brackett
His son a friend of mine, we both had welding class in High School together. Scott gave me some pointers and about 6 tungsten tips. I swear I spent more time at the grinding wheel grinding tips than I did sitting at the bench trying to weld.
