    do most canadians play hockey? i was playing basketball today and i heard the hurricanes game on the radio and it just got me curious. ex, probably everybody i know has played basketball, football, soccer or baseball on an actual team at one point in their life. but i don't know a soul who has ever played on a recreational hockey team, just pros. . . so hopefully that helps fill out what im asking.

    so pretty much all kids-18yrs olds, boys and girls, play hockey on a team at some point in their life? what other sports are there that ya'll play?

    all of my male friends have played hockey at some point of their life. football, lacrosse, soccer and baseball are the most popular other than hockey

    this feels like a super dumb question, and i could probably just ask people that live far north of me in the states, but are there a good number of houses in canada without AC? im not asking that in terms of poverty, but in terms of not needing it?

    i guess most of the older houses maybe 1980's and down are probably half and half but most newer houses have air conditioning.

    word. i was just curious cause whenever i go with the family to the mountains in the summertime most "cabins" (normal A frame houses on mountains simply put) don't have AC and there's no problem whatsoever.

    we live in normal houses like you guys do. most cabins dont have ac though.

    you can look for yourself. go on google maps type in saskatoon saskatchewan and find 20th street and go to street view. the ave's that are just off 20th are pretty rough

    well yeah i know you live in normal houses. my statement there was inferring the cool, higher altitude mountain houses don't need AC, so i didn't know if more northern places (upper states, canada) need them either.
