Solid dude, I’m going to get some work done from him, just gotta figure out the dates/stuff. Finish the rear LT, swap my armor for coastal, etc.

Agreed, knocked out a couple more without issue.

Old school ways, old school vehicle. It's only fitting.

I figure it should be stronger than bondo long term, being a metal to metal bond.

Does he only do fabrication? What if someone brought him a front bumper, would he put it on? Or if someone needed to have the ECGS bearing done would he do that? Perhaps dumb questions but you never know until you ask

I’m not confident enough to speak for the man, but shoot him a DM. My guess is that he’d be down to do it though. I’m not sure how much of his shop is dedicated fabrication vs regular auto shop.

    Looks good.

6500K is pretty high. We mostly do 4000 - 5000 for most warehouse and production type areas, but I did use 6000K fixtures at @Pixeltim 's shop.

I've never heard of these before. I had to look them up. They look to be pretty reasonably priced. If you want to see expensive, check out "Radio Ra" or "Control 4" switches.

Sometimes you have to go to the store to get it, @LarryDangerfield
What you see is what you get.
I was able to hold this in my hands and decide, "Yes, this could potentially bust a block of ice or a rock."
:gossip:I hate going to the store.

    Thanks.
6500K would be irritating to stand underneath for 8+ hours/day.
Good true color for a workshop and aging eyes.

In brightness, they're only 1800 lumen.
My pocket flashlight is brighter than that. :D

At the peak of my roof, I can barely crawl on all 4's in the attic without hitting my back on the rafters.
(5'9 145). Fun pulling wire and adding a junction up there.

If you want to see better, get some brighter lights. 1800 lumens is really weak for a work shop. I put 8 fixtures at 9000 lumens apiece in one friend's garage and he wants more, lol.

    Attic work definitely sucks.

Oh, my mistake. I wonder why I thought they were 6000.

Weren’t mine like 23,000 lumens each? I still want more too!

I stand corrected. Daylight is 5500-6500. Still seems harsh. I just go with a lower temperature and more output.

Also, look into the new LED options. Fluorescent is completely obsolete at this point. You might not find anything good at local stores, but check electrical supply houses or online lighting retailers.
