Much improved.

 

Somehow tweaked my lower back muscle, again.

Wasn't even doing shit this time. I was in bed, sat up and was pulling the covers off when I felt that sharp sting/pain like all the times before.

Fucking hell. I'm really done with this shit. Doesn't matter what or how I do things, and it keeps happening.

 

That sounds familiar.

Liked for support. Do they know why you keep happening issues with your back? Imaging/MRI done? PT attempted?

I've done PT, but that only helped with strengthening the core which they said would help. Well... Didn't really help. Thinking about going to the emergency ortho tomorrow morning and asking about mri, etc. I can't keep living like this for the rest of my life where I'm always afraid of it happening again, or of it happening out of nowhere like it did last time and this time as well.

 

Started on my fog light wiring. I cut the wires to length and I have to crimp on the connectors and run the wires to where I'm going to put the relay (near the master cylinder).

 

The only thing that helped me was back surgery. I had two herniated discs, L4-L5, L5-S1. Had a discectomy at both levels. Surgery was about three hours long.

 

From what they saw from the x-rays last time, nothing wrong with my spine. Said everything looked good, and from that and the sounds of it it was a muscle thing.

Not sure what back pain like that would feel like, but to me what I have feels like it's a muscle thing. Definitely not a pinched nerve or anything like that because I don't feel it in my legs.

But that's just me, based on what I've felt before, feel now, and what I think.

What I do know is that I'm sick and tired of this shit constantly happening. There has to be a way to "fix" or rehab the muscle if that's what it is.

 

All I can think of is PT and some pain killers (in moderation, you don't want to get addicted to that stuff).

 

Are you open to the idea of a chiropractor? I see mine every four weeks and hadn't had an issue in several years. Also, do some reading on piriformis syndrome. A very common source of back issues. I'm also an advocate of Tumeric as a supplement. A natural anti-inflammatory that I and several of my friends have had success with.
