You could also do the cowl intake that redirects it to the cowl up near the window. That has been popular with a bunch of folks. My Snorkel is plumbed into the TRD intake.

Yes finally got my truck back! Almost a year of shit! @12TRDTacoma fuel pump is in too! Ha!

For the folks running the AEM320 pump how loud is it in your setup? My pump is fairly loud. I haven’t ran aftermarket before so wasn’t sure.

New steering, new gearing and new rear end!

Just make your own liners. You can buy abs sheets, cut and mold to fit. When I cut my fenders I left the original mounting holes for the flare and bent them inward. The liner profile butts up to the inside of the flare and seals it up ok. Stainless screws, fender washers, and gorilla tape holds it all up. Air mostly comes from the front of the fender well but I added holes to supplement. Held up for a few years now. I have the aFE intake.
I spend way too much time on gravel to leave open. I'd have rocks hitting my legs in the cab by now.

That's actually a really good idea and it looks clean. How thick of sheets did you use 1/4"?

I have the walbro and I do recall on 1st drive, the fuel pump was louder than stock. Didn't and doesn't bother me these days.

nice yah I hear the Walbro is loud. I had the shop toss it in while getting some welding done as they had to drop the tank and that was the only thing he said he was concerned with due to how loud it was. The first start of the day it tends to take a second to start too but that may be also expected.

I have the AEM 320 in my truck and it’s loud, nothing to worry about. Mine can be heard while the truck is running if u stand on the driver side near the tank

My Walbro never seemed louder than stock to me. But my truck and music do drown everything out. That thing’s been going strong for 13 years now.

Hell last night with 91 at a shell it took $125 for 19 gallons, at this rate I might just start pumping e85 at the dino mart and accept half the mpgs so I come out ahead lol

    1/16". Took 2, 12"X24" sheets per side.
Used a heat gun with a wide putty knife to mold it tight to the contours. I put the shiny side out to help the salt and snow wash off easier.

Okay that’s exactly what we’re hearing sucker is loud. Sounds good. now to tackle other gremlins. we installed the JD fab Howe TC pump and tundra rack. a fitting was leaking not 100% its ok now and now getting some rubbing noise but that may be my bushings as it sat for 6+ months.

Did you weld in the tundra rack or use the offset cams to bolt into OEM location ?
