Yes, but they came up with a conversion kit that made it back to conventional.

 

Doesn't it mostly consist of removing that housing and putting in a 3/4-16 nipple? Kawasaki uses a smaller filter compared the Kohler/Briggs, but is the same thread size.

Yes pretty easy. Besides having to drain the oil, no matter what you do except for vacuuming out it's gonna be messy.

The first instance would be the individual that potentially lost electricity due to this event.
The second instance is obviously Rusty's sudden loss of power to his mower deck
The third, more abstract interpretation relates to the mental power outage the individual must have experienced when placing the wire in that location.
