that includes any level of; alcohol, open cans, heck even the smell of it on you, i wont hesitate to kick your ass out of here and will be calling the KGB if it comes to it.
Note that the presence of opened or easily accessed alcohol in your vehicle will naturally make police interested in determining whether you might be operating it under the influence. If so, potential penalties for a public drinking-related offence are the least of your worries.
so if you bring it, because you stopped at Lickbo, it's unopened and hidden away and out of reach or in the bed of the truck, or leave it till after the meetup.




we're on private property uninvited (Public space within private - parking lot) and they've not had issues with us in the past with each time we meet up (most we had was like 70 trucks) and we'd like to keep it that way as it's a *fairly* central spot to most of us.


I shouldn't have to repeat myself but the most common thing about "common sense" is how uncommon it is.

 

Is there something I'm missing. I'm usually there around 10am. I've noticed people filtering out starting around 2-3pm. That's a window of about 4-5 hours. Now I know we're Tacoma owners and like to party ( and I use that word loosely) cause no one has brought the funnel and hose yet, Shirley were all well behaved at these meet ups. And don't call me Shirley it's Mrs. Shirley please.
Look what I'm trying to say is it's going to be cold so someone give @Saturnine a warm hug. Now excuse me it's 9:30am or in other words, the bars open boys breakfast time.

This just goes for everyone. The area we are in has already had some car meets shut down because of stunt driving, drinking and littering.

The organizers were threatened with charges and were held responsible.

Because of the above statement, our group and all involved don’t want to be on the hook for others recklessness. Obviously it’s “free” country (yes I know I know) but we don’t want to be liable and loose any time, energy or money (club or personal) that could be applied to events like these and keeping trails cleaned.

Some of the comments are coming off a bit harshly, but I’m sure everyone likes these events and don’t want to deal with people being idiots.

I have personally seen an open container in someone’s vehicle, and said person was doing burnouts and being lethargic (driving wrecklessly, loud music, etc). Ever since then, all those involved in setting these events up have been a bit more on edge because of the liability involved.

I hope everyone understands.
