DIY Rear Tube Bumper... any advice?

    Part of it did. Bent up most of the tubes but moved out of the country for a year due to a job opportunity and now it’s all packed away in storage :/

    Dam was hoping to see a completed pic. I think I’m going to build my own tube bumper that doesn’t require cutting the box.

    How did this turn out?? Thinking of doing one for myself soon. Is .120 wall sufficient enough for bumpers, such as the event of an accident??

    Hey! Sorry for reviving this thread, did you happen to have the cad model for the truck and not the bumper? I'm very interested in designing mine aswell! I want to make it out of 2*3 steel and add a rear tire swing arm!
