    I’m currently on a $800,000+ renovation. Started off as an insurance job that snow balled into a complete reno. By the end of everything planned I’m thinking it’s going to hit $1.05 mil all said and done.

    its still crazy down here. can't build houses fast enough in town. not sure who can afford them though.
    and the bulk of our clients have no end to their budget so nothing phases them. they'll just keep building their holiday houses while the rest of hte world burns.
