    I towed an identical one of those before. It was RWD, started out moving it so some paving could be done. About a month later property had it removed for expired tags. Then a coworker purchased it for few hundred from the owner who was out of town, after that he sold it.

    These are actually the lawn guys paid by my neighborhood's HOA, and they are there all day; I think they took it off because they use the truck to go to lunch and don't want to deal with the trailer. I really wish they wouldn't leave it right across from my driveway though!
