Another new watch and Another beater that plays the part well....good for summer and H2O only 32 beans.. with scr dwn crown and back, mineral crystal, 200m wr, miyota qtz movement, solid stainless, and great lume to boot.... Came with the ORANGE strap but I swapped it out with a magnetic silicone black strap for a sport thing....These pop up from time to time on AliExpress and I have a suspicion they are the refurbs or returns or seconds or something like that.. they look brand new to me and never had an issue with them ...

New build inbound. I did this one for a buddies daughter to commemorate an event. The rear side has initials and the date of the event. Was a fun one to do. Always looking for making builds like this. Went with the Rolex palm look this go around.

You can find a Monster homage on Aliexpress for less than $100. Also check out Orient Kamisu red dial for something a little nicer

I have a couple Berny watches and like them.. only 30m wr but that's enough for everything except swimming.....this one has a ss case and a miyota mvt should be pretty solid watch .

Though not a red face this Addies Dive is darn nice with 200m wr , fantastic lume and a great look... For 40 beans. See post 3087 above. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...9J6ZgJOr&utparam-url=scene:search|query_from:

I have the yellow dial and white dial Berny Halios Halotype. They are solid. For a red dial, I'm digging this Tandorio Monster for $73.. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...bac544&afSmartRedirect=y&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa

curious when you say a watch that "doesn't cost an arm and leg" what is the actual price point you're considering? is it ideally something less than $100? Less than $50?

Most I’ve paid so far was around 350 for that special edition Spider-Man .

got it. So I'll assume you're looking to stay under that. There are a ton of different options, it really depends on what type of watch you're looking for. Dive watch? Dress watch? Lots of watches with red dials. If you're looking to stay in the $100-$200 range I'd stick with a brand that actually has a history in watchmaking. I'd look at the likes of Seiko, Timex, Casio, Orient, Bulova, or Citizen.

check out this search (edit - fixed this to show more brands)
