My smog guy didn't look under my truck for the urd fuel pump kit, and just noted the carb to sticks in my hood, he didn't care as long as the codes aren't in the system

Let me know if you need a shop. Mine passed with catch can, aftermarket coil packs, urd ucon, legal JBA headers with non legal AFE y pipe, and OE airbox. I just made sure to bring in the paperwork as you do.

You just listed part of my engine mod list.... I've been passing smog with OVT and OTT software for 5+ years on my '08. Different shops in Santa Clara County..none that were a "hook up". I've also been turned away by shops that don't want to deal with any vehicle that has mods.

Iirc, I smogged my truck about 6mos ago.

Lucky you, most shops here always plug and verify in San Diego.

Will do. Worst case is I got a guy who doesn’t even need to see the truck in person but it is a pretty penny.

Bully Dog is junk. Stick with HPTuners. Original TRD tune runs very rich.

There is always the option of having 2 different ECUs...
I have one set up with my old URD UCON and 1 with the OTT secret sauce.

Not so. both are CARB legal. I have smogged my truck with both installed twice if not three time. The smog tech puts the carb numbers down in his notes. I actually still have not installed the CARB sticker for the supercharger. I had to jump through some hoops to get it from Magnuson, since it was not in the box.

more stability? Are you using Long travel such as I am? if you're mainly stock suspension just get a properly valved oem replacement shock set. or at least that coupled with the resi adjustment so you can adjust it ( some tunability) yourself.

Well I'm at 12.5" front, and 12" in the rear, dsc's.
I don't know if my rear shocks just need a rebuild/recharge or if I need to go bypasses

Who has a trick to get the serpentine belt off without removing the supercharger belt? Pulling the alternator tomorrow or Friday and wondering how I can do this with the least effort...maybe from under the truck?

I did this in September and a once 20 minute job is a bit more involved now. I couldn't reach up top I had to use various extensions to get it out of there from the top

How hard is removing the supercharger belt? I remember it taking 30 seconds to de-tension it to swap pulleys, but I didn’t fully remove it.

It's all the supercharger junk in front of the alternator now. Even before the blower I remember I had to take the battery out to slide it out.

Getting the supercharger belt off isn't a big deal but I'd like to be prepared if I have to dig into it more than that. As @FishingInSand said, there's a pair of pulleys and a bracket that make things pretty tight.
