What the hell did I do wrong
Trying to flush my clutch fluid, read a few threads seemed the easiest way is to attach a hose to the slave bleeder valve, crack it open and let it drain while topping off the master reservoir

I crack open the slave bleeder and nothing comes out?
Some said they pump the clutch slowly to get it moving, so I try that then my clutch sticks to the floor.
Tightened the bleeder back up and I got some clutch feeling back but I definitely got air in
    I’m confused

I had a similar problem, I ended up having to use a pneumatic bleeder on the clutch

    you still running ATF?

I'm thinking about switching to the same synthetic hydraulic fluid I run in the crawler... I'm wondering if the ATF additives are what burn and clog the screen

Yeah but I've been putting in full synthetic maxlife since it should be more temp stable. I actually wondered if it was the return hose internal jacket breaking down, that's kinda what the shit on the screen looked like.

A little late to the discussion but I'll still voicing my opinion.

What you went through in the lawn was probably "2-4D" its the active ingredient typically used in lawns because it targets the "broad leafed" vegetation.

Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Round Up and it kills pretty much whatever plant you spray it with. A lot of glyphosate products have been removed from the shelves solely based on the % of active ingredients because too many rednecks think that if a little bit is good than a lot must be even better and that's where it starts causing issues.

Years ago i purchased a consentrated bottle of Home Depot's brand HDX Glyphosate (round up) to treat half an acre of my own property and like the dumb redneck I sometimes claim to be i mixed it up stronger than needed thinking it would work better or faster but really everything ended up just as dead... Including at least one of my neighbors trees.

Fast forward a couple of years later to when I became a licensed pesticide applicator and learned that that particular consentration of glyphosate is now only legal to buy/use if you have a pesticide applicator license (mine has since expired).

Another snippet on top of that. Round Up (glyphosate) has seen a lot of lawsuits specifically linked to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma which happens to be the very same type of cancer that my dog recently passed away with.

One of my not so favorite photos of Maggie shortly before she passed. you can clearly see a few of the lymphatic tumors in her neck, she also had some just above the knee in her back legs.
    IMG_20231215_124611.jpg
It was a slow growing cancer and in this photo she had been living with it for about 5 years.

in sort wear PPE while fucking with chemicals designed to kill things.

Not wearing the proper PPE can be enough of an offense that they can suspend or revoke your license. Closed shoes, goggles, mask, long sleeves, and gloves are all "required"

Pets should be kept away for at least 12 hours after spraying.

A lot of flee and tic type medications/sprays people use for their pets are the very same chemicals used for killing roaches and things just at different consentrations.
