smart…I’m just glad I can get the Lucas 85/140 in gallon jugs and if I lift the ass end up enough I can stick the bottle straight into the fill port on the camburg housing…fill/inspection ports are awesome.

Only issue is the vent hole is right over the diff and if I am turning hard that direction it burps diff lube out of the breather tube up in the bed.
Need to add a block/baffle to help keep so much lube going up and out

We use the 250wt on the race car. And it’s like molasses lol. Definitely need to heat it up first.

This made things so much easier since adding the fill port. Front diff and t-case are still a pain with the 85-140 thoigh

We use 250 in the 6100 truck and it takes 2-1/4 Gallons to fill, we'd be broke if it wasn't for our Fluid Sponsor which is Maxima

Agreed. However I would still get 4”. Can always shorten but can’t lengthen

on that topic, what are yall using to shorten the bumps, just the appropriate dimension DOM? assuming that the cut on my bandsaw isn't square enough for making the sleeve and that the ends should be squared up on a lathe?

about to order them for my link build. shooting for about 20 inches of travel with dual rate coilovers, but no bypasses. ballparking about 9 inches of up travel, so based on the badlinesgoodtimes post, i'm probably in the 3'' bump length range....

1.5x.120 DOM for 2” works great. I turned mine on a lathe to make sure they were true. Band saw should work assuming it cuts well.

I did mine on a band saw before I had a lathe and never had a problem

My concern was steel scoring the shaft. Wondering if I should use aluminum or brass.

    Whole lotta stuff
ABS is flat out stupid and dangerous on my TRD sport. The VSC (uses the ABS) tries to lock up the tires on any turn with body roll ON PAVEMENT. Off-road with my first truck, several years ago, it sent me into the bushes on dirt and I couldn’t turn or stop. Luckily check engine light disables VSC so no problems currently
