    honestly not against the Fox
Probably better company and better ride
    Looks better
That is the end goal ultimately
In that case guess I’ll just need to choose 2.0 vs 2.5 which seems like personal preference. Truck is armored and gets loaded.

    thanks
That 7100 looks same price as the Fox

might just email Bilstein be like Yo
Do you have anything that’s like a longer 5160 for this
Because the catalog didn’t seem to really show

    why not an angle grinder?

time to start welding it seems. Shop labor one time makes sense but not two three or more times. Esp if it comes out to 10hr which isn’t a problem DIY.

These two guys gave you the 2 options from Bilstein that would work 5125 or 7100. 7100 is more similar to a 5160 because it has a resi and isnt IFP

The 7100 exists with and without reservoirs. Just keep in mind the the shock eyelets are thinner compared to other companies and you will need to make spacers for the bolt shock mount. Is was originally going to go this route but ended up going with bilsteins for the front and fox for the rear.

I bent mine in 90 degrees where the slot hole is and cut it so the tab part is about 1/4"long. Flat part towards the frame of the truck and the 90 degree part went through the hole of the shock relocation. The tab was 180 degrees from the way you're holding it

Relocation kit and shocks just showed up and I'm thinking about knocking this out this weekend. Does fox make a set of the roost shields for the 7/8 shaft shocks?

For the Trail relocation kit this thread is about, a 17x8.5 -10 offset, ~4.3" BS, may be enough. Check the brand tire specs 295 section width vs their 285 to see how much wider, take half thar. See specs in post #1 if you missed that

I'd like to eventually pick this kit up and pair it with a 14" Fox 2.0 by AccuTune, I'm just not sure what spring to go with which would provide enough flex. I was originally thinking Deaver J66/N98, but after doing some research it seems that they may be "to" soft even for a vehicle around stock weight (tonneau cover, bed mat, sliders). In that case I was considering a U402 Stage 1, but not sure if that would be capable of providing enough flex to utilize the shock travel. I'd really like to go with the Explorer Series ERIKSON leaf springs but I was aiming to keep the lift at a maximum of 2". Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Our MDs would lift about 2.5" with that load and droop to use 14" shock travel. Deaver U402 stage 1 say 2" but they lift to 3" unloaded, so do RXT now lift to 3" (got measurements from customers).

Thank you for your prompt response. With such little weight in the back, would the pack ride rough/stiff? Also, I only plan on going 1.5" upfront, would that combination create a significant rake?

No, our springs repeatedly get praise from customers for riding better than the other pack they are replacing, including brands with the best reputation

Once again, thank you for your swift response. Seems like your springs are the way to go.
